It is time to get back into the swing of things and get some more content on texturemate! Today, I have added 25 more textures as well as an industrial texture pack. The texture pack contains ten of some of my favorite industrial, grungy textures from factories in the area. Enjoy! Texturemate has also topped 13,000 users, which is awesome! I've also been working to get through comments and other site updates.

Texturemate has topped 11,000 user accounts! Many users have also decided to become Pro Users recently for ad-free browsing. Some recent updates to the site include tighter controls on comments to reduce the number of unwanted comments on the site.

I got back from a trip which I accumulated about 140 textures using a few different cameras. I had some time to upload them. Some of them are macro shots so this is my first time uploading macro textures. I think they came out pretty good, I hope you enjoy!

I had some time to upload about 40 texture stock images I had laying around today. I hope to collect quite a few more over the next few weeks as well, enjoy!

Today was sunny outside, so I was able to get some decent lighting on quite a few texture surfaces. All in all, I was able to upload about 200 royalty-free textures. Remember, these textures are free for both personal and commercial use, so enjoy!

A large batch of textures has been categorized and uploaded, adding to the total count of over 4,000 royalty-free textures! I've also requested some clarifications on texture use and licensing. Texturemate textures are free for commercial use and also free for personal use.

Texturemate has topped over 5,000 users! I also had time to add roughly over 80 free textures today. My goal for this year is to definitely get the site to over 4,000 free textures, enjoy.

I spent some time in an old industrial park over the weekend and was able to snap shots of over 150 industrial textures. They are mostly brick, but there are also wood, metal, and quit a few with various pipes and things in them. The lighting was pretty good, so most of these grungy textures worked out. There are some cement and gravel textures in there as well. Hope you enjoy these free textures!

Recently, I've been cleaning up the texturemate website a bit. The social media share buttons have been cleaned up. The share button service has also been switched to one that works better. Unfortunately, all counts are reset to zero though. The site in general should be faster overall and provide quicker downloads of free textures!

A hundred new free textures for download have been added of various categories and colors. A couple new categories were also made, Fire and Ice! This addition of winter textures should help out with your art projects.
